Returns Process
We accept returns within 30 days from the date of purchase. To return an item:
- Ensure the product is in its original, unused condition.
- Include the original receipt or proof of purchase.
- Contact our customer service team at info@wowcite.com to initiate the return.
Refund Process
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method. We aim to issue refunds within 7–10 business days after we receive the returned item.
Non-returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned, including:
- Custom or personalized products.
- Items that have been opened or used.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange a product, please follow the same process as returns. We will send you the replacement item after receiving the returned product.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Exceptions
In certain cases, such as damaged or defective items, we will cover the return shipping cost.
